Bartlesville Election 2026
Everything you need to know about the candidates running for Bartlesville City Council
Bartlesville voters will choose representatives for all five City Council wards on Nov. 3, 2026.
The Wiley Post asked every candidate the same seven questions about why they're running, their priorities for Bartlesville, economic development, city spending, Endeavor 2045, automated license plate reader cameras and the relationship between the City Council and the city manager.
This voter guide brings together answers, candidate biographies, campaign links, ward maps and other election information in one place.
Find your ward
Not sure which City Council race you'll vote in?
Bartlesville is divided into five council wards. Only eligible voters residing within a ward vote for that ward's representative.
How to check your voter registration and find your Bartlesville City Council ward
Not sure which City Council ward you live in? Oklahoma's online voter portal lets you confirm your registration, find your ward, check your polling place, view a sample ballot and make changes to your voter information.
Here's how:
Go to the Oklahoma Voter Portal. Open the official OK Voter Portal. To look yourself up, enter your last name, first name and date of birth, then click Find Me. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your voter registration. The State Election Board says those three pieces of information are all that's needed to access the basic voter portal.
Check your voter registration information. Once you're in, the portal will show your voter registration information, including your precinct. This is a good time to make sure the information on file is correct. The page also gives you access to your polling place, sample ballot, upcoming elections, voting history and voting districts.
Find your City Council ward. The portal will display the districts tied to your registered address, including congressional, state legislative, county, school and municipal districts. For Bartlesville voters, look at the line labeled Municipality. It should identify your ward as CITY OF BARTLESVILLE, WARD 01, WARD 02, WARD 03, WARD 04 or WARD 05. That number tells you which Bartlesville City Council race applies to your address.
Don't wait until Election Day to update your registration. For the Nov. 3, 2026 general election, Oklahoma's voter registration deadline is Friday, Oct. 9. Registration changes submitted after the deadline are held until after the election.
View sample ballot. The same portal can show your Election Day polling place and, once available, a sample ballot tailored to your precinct. The State Election Board says sample ballots generally appear in the portal several weeks before an election.
